1st ANNUAL PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED ARCHERS HUNT
Our 1st Annual Physically Challenged Archers Hunt has drawn to a close for the 2008-2009 season, and it’s safe to say the concept and the hunts were a great success. Six lucky hunters were chosen at random from a pool of applicants to take part in a day-long hunt, assisted by WMA members. This event is designed to provide increased opportunities to either newly disabled hunters, or to disabled archers who just want to hunt. Both the hunters and the volunteers came away with some great memories, and we hope to be able to expand this program in coming years.
